These terms apply to consumer purchases from Carovalen for delivery in the United Kingdom. The seller is AB Labels. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Customer service: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm UK time (GMT/BST), excluding public holidays. We aim to reply within one working day.
2. Products
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours may vary by screen and natural or knitted materials may show minor variations. Product availability is subject to confirmation. We may correct genuine errors before accepting an order.
3. Ordering and contract formation
Review and correct your basket and delivery information before using the final payment button. Placing an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but not necessarily acceptance. We accept your order through the order-confirmation email or, if earlier, when we collect payment or dispatch the goods. A temporary card authorisation alone does not form a contract.
We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance for unavailable stock, a genuine pricing error, failed payment, suspected fraud or a legal restriction. If money has been collected, we refund it.
4. Prices, payment and import charges
UK checkout prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The total product price, taxes, delivery and compulsory charges are shown before payment. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. We do not add a surcharge for consumer debit or credit cards.
The price includes applicable UK VAT and any import VAT, customs duty and clearance charges. Carovalen bears these costs. See our Shipping Policy and Payment Policy.
5. Delivery
Delivery areas, charges, dispatch locations and estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. We remain responsible for the goods until you or your nominated recipient takes physical possession, subject to applicable law.
6. Cancellation and returns
For most online goods purchases, you have 14 days after the day of delivery to notify us of cancellation and a further 14 days to return the goods. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by you when disclosed before purchase; we cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect goods. 7. Faulty goods
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their agreed purpose and as described. Remedies may include the usual 30-day short-term right to reject, repair or replacement, a price reduction or a later right to reject. A warranty does not replace statutory rights.
8. Our responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Account and acceptable use
Provide accurate information needed to fulfil the order and keep account access details secure. Do not use the shop for fraudulent orders, unauthorised access, malicious software or infringement of others’ rights. We may take proportionate protective measures without removing rights under an existing order.
10. Privacy and Shopify
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information use. Accepting these terms is not consent to optional cookies or marketing. Shopify supplies the ecommerce platform but is not the seller under your goods contract.
11. Complaints, law and courts
Send complaints to support@carovalen.com. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you habitually live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain the protection of mandatory consumer laws applying there and may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these terms for future orders. Existing contracts remain governed by the version agreed when the contract was made unless a valid change is agreed or required by law.
