Shipping Policy

This policy applies to Carovalen consumer orders delivered in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

1. Processing and delivery times

We process and dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Estimated transit after dispatch is 6–9 working days. The total estimated delivery time is therefore 7–12 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Delivery charges

Standard UK delivery is free with no minimum order value. Any optional faster service and its price will be shown before payment.

3. Warehouse address and tracking

Warehouse address: Afmijnstraat 25, 1187 ZZ Amstelveen, The Netherlands. External logistics partners handle delivery. After dispatch we send a tracking link or number. Allow up to 48 hours for the first carrier scan.

4. VAT, duties and clearance charges

The price shown before payment includes applicable UK VAT and any import VAT, customs duty and clearance charges for the offered delivery method. Carovalen bears these costs; you should not be required to pay an additional import charge on delivery. If a carrier requests one, contact us before paying where possible. If you have already paid a charge covered by this commitment, send proof of payment so we can resolve and reimburse it.

5. Delays and delivery problems

Delivery estimates can be affected by customs processing, courier disruption, weather and public holidays. If no delivery time is agreed, we deliver without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is formed. If an agreed essential deadline is missed, or a reasonable additional period expires, you may have the right to end the contract.

Contact us promptly if tracking has not updated, the parcel is damaged or the delivery address is incorrect. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun. We remain responsible for goods until you or a person nominated by you takes physical possession, subject to the legal exception where you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer.
