General size reference

This is a general reference for body measurements and UK/EU sizing, not the measurements of an individual garment. Lettered sizes such as S, M and L can vary by style. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size. Check the fit notes on the product page and contact us for help with a specific item before ordering.

How to measure

Bust Waist Hips
Keep the tape level and comfortably close.

Bust

Measure around the fullest part of your bust, passing the tape under your arms and across your back. Keep it level without pulling tight.

Waist

Measure around your natural waist, between your lowest rib and the top of your hips. Stand relaxed and keep the tape comfortably close.

Hips

With your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom. Keep the tape level all the way around.

Inside leg

For trousers and jeans, measure from the top of your inner leg to your ankle. Compare with the inside-leg length of the chosen style.

Women's shoes

Choose UK 3 to 9 in half sizes. This is a general UK/EU conversion; fit can vary by style and brand. Measure from heel to your longest toe if unsure.
